You Are 55% Normal (Somewhat Normal)
While some of your behavior is quite normal... Other things you do are downright strange. You've got a little of your freak going on. But you mostly keep your weirdness to yourself.
How Normal Are You? Yay. I'm 55% normal. Wahahaha. More normal than Alan! Neh neh ni poo poo.

And what's with guys losing to a girl at pool. Bah. I won 3 guys at pool yesterday. Wahahahaha. Damn shiok!

Chilli sauce makes good writing ink. Posted by Hello Silly things to do at Mac. Started writing words with chilli sauce. Muahahaha. I had a walrus visiting me yesterday while studying at Mac's. And you know what, walrus can't write. Can't write "Hello", can't write his own name too. Hahahaha. I ordered a 6-piece chicken mcnugget meal and only ate 2 pieces of the nuggets. Talk about wasting food and money, for that matter. Yay, I got selected for the focus group! This Friday! Wheee! Muahahaha. They certainly took their time to call!! Hrrmph. But at least they did. Craving for prata and mee goreng. :( Nothing much to write. Except. There's no need to live up to expectations of anyone except your own expections of yourself. There's no need to change yourself for anyone unless it's for yourself. The person you love should love you for what you are, how you are. Just as you accept his flaws, his tempers, his seriousness, he should accept your kuku-ness, quirky-ness and love you just the way you are. I happen to think you're a very lovable person. There's no need to change. If he can't accept it, he should just let you go and stop trying to change you. There's no need to feel like you're in the wrong all the time. Don't be so hard on yourself. Live life the way you want, you don't have to answer to anyone, except possibly God and your parents, all of whom gave you life. No point changing into someone you are not. You're not a failure. A failed relationship doesn't mean that you're a failure. If that's the case, then I'm a failure 3 times over. I don't think I failed. Love does not have a formula. Human relationships are dynamic and requires all parties to play a part. It is not a one-way street. Maybe God just wants you to meet the wrong ones, so that when you finally meet the right one, you will know that he's the right one and treasure and cherish him. So keep finding, don't give up alright? *hug*

Ok, that's me, Melvin (aka Mr Tan) and his friend, Ivy. Posted by Hello She says we look like 3 eggs tiled on top of one another. The Skirt. Posted by Hello And this, is the skirt I want to buy. From urm, This Fashion. Wahahaha. Yes, no qualms about admitting that I shop there. Why not? I've been looking for skirts like this, and it's pretty pricey getting them from those shops out to "chop" people. So yes, I've resorted to going to good ol' This Fashion to hunt for them. And the best thing is, it's so damn cheap. I like. My sweet little cousin! Posted by Hello And this cute little boy-boy is my cousin's son! So technically, he's not my cousin. He's my cousin's son. But I don't know how do you say that in English. And I think they don't have different names for them in English, do they? My mum keeps reminding me that I'm the youngest of my cousins (ALL my cousins are MARRIED, with KIDS.) and the ONLY one left unmarried. Alright. I'm not even attached. Urm. Oh wells, I guess it's going to be a long wait till you hear my wedding bells ring. Wahahahaha. Looking out of the window Posted by Hello
h
I went for a job interview. Like the second one this week. All the way to Marsiling. For some creative writer/ copy editor/ fact checker position. Hahahaha. No, I haven't forgotten I live just about at the opposite end of the island.
h
Believe me. I can barely forget that fact. But I suppose we could work out a "work-from-home" schedule that does not require me to go to the office every morning.
h
Oh wells, that's if I actually get HIRED. Bah.
h
And the office is actually a HDB apartment convert into an office. It's SO DAMN NICE. From the balcony, you can actually see the sea. Urm, the Causeway that one. And also the Causeway, PLUS, Johore Bahru!
h
The view is SUPER fantastic la. *Drools*
h
I was late for the interview. No thanks to Mr Tan. That kuku. If there's someone who can beat me at being late, it's him. Cows. Can you believe I arrived half an hour late for my interview? Your fault k. Don't deny it. Bleah.
h
I'm so sorry. I got lost in Woodlands. I'm so not a Woodlands person. Bah.
And my uncle won FIRST PRIZE in 4D. So we got a seafood treat today at East Coast. Muahahaha. But the food is not super fantastic la. Besides, I was too excited about the baby to eat.
Baby and me! Posted by Hello
h
He's the sweetest little baby around!! He doesn't throw tantrums, doesn't cry, laughs alot and doesn't cry when strangers (namely, me) carry him. Cute right!
h
I've missed about 3 weddings this year. The first one because I was busy mugging for exams, the second one because it was too far (in Penang or something) and the third one also because I went mugging for exams.
h
What the. Sigh~ I hope I don't retribution. *Cross fingers*
h
I can't wait for Madagascar and Mr & Mrs Smith and also Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Oh man! So many good shows coming up.
h
Oh yes, in case you haven't noticed, I changed my blogskin. It takes a while to load. So be patient. Like as if it's of any use to say this here. Wahahaha.
h
I'm off.

If the truth hurt, would you still want to know it? If telling the truth changes everything, would you still tell it? If lying will hurt one less person, will you do it? Who decides whether to tell the truth or to lie? If lying will hurt one less person, I will choose to lie. Even though it would mean that I have to bear the burden of that one person's hurt. Things aren't always what it seems. The surface of the sea appears calm, but little do they know of the turbulence brewing deep below the surface. Would you want to know the truth if it was to hurt you? Or would you rather be lied to? Tough choice? Very. But can you live with the regret of never finding out the truth? Or would you be willing to put up with the hurt that comes with the truth? After all, time heals all pain, doesn't it? Or does it just make it lesser, but in actual fact, all that has changed was you simply got used to the pain. I wish you knew the truth. I really do. But I hope the truth doesn't hurt me.
I'm feeling blue. Something is amiss. Something is bothering me.
h
Do you know what is it?
h
So near, yet, so far.
h
Why?
h
Sometimes, a smiling face is just a facade.
h
Hiding questions that need answers.
h
Hiding a heavy heart.
h
Hiding sorrows.
h
Hiding U.
h
I can't decide what I want to be. I feel stuck in the middle. Abit of all.
h
Cool yet warm.
h
Talkative yet quiet.
h
Friendly yet aloof.
h
Happy yet sad.
h
Crazy yet sane.
h
But I'm tired.
h
Will you change my life?
h
Who is "you"?
h
Who?
h
I have no idea.
h
Will you be "you"?

It feels weird blogging in Mcdonald's. Ah. People walking by are looking in. And I feel like I'm on display. o_O Stop staring! Oh yes, and Mr Tan has returned home from Langkawi. With a beeeeeeg present for me. Urm, a t-shirt. Size "M". Really very big. But er, I think size "s" would fit me just nice. space But ok, considering you brought it home ALL the way from Langkawi and that you actually remembered to buy me something, I appreciate the gift. Ha. But can I don't wear it out? The words very embarrassing leh. Posted by Hello Heh. Ok. I can't believe how much I still miss TP even though I've graduated. Like a year ago. So Tuesday was spent in Business tutorial room 05-10 sorting out the freshies' student cards and the "goodie box" for the CPs. It was freezing cold inside! Cass "Hyuk hyuk hyuk", you owe us one! I felt so old there. Boo. Luckily there was Rach "Chong-ah". Time passes like damn fast. I can vividly remember my time as program comm and head for LT 20 during Orientation. Rach Lum was only a freshie then. And Cass and Gerie were probably still studying for their 'O' Levels somewhere. And then last year's SL camp was a blast. I love the Food Commies. I miss the late night debriefs, dancing along the stretch of LT to the tune of Yolanda Adam's "I Believe" and practicing in the Food Comm room until our steps were perfect, mixing Milo for the SLs before they came out of debrief and the late night showers we had to take after all the SLs were done. Sigh. But we all grow up, don't we? Fast forward to now, Cass and Gerie are BSC Main Comm, running the Food Comm, while Rach Lum has graduated (!) and Rach Chong and me feel like 'old birds' whenever we're back at TP. I feel like crying already. Time sure passes by quickly when you're enjoying life, doesn't it? How unfair. Maybe if we pretend we're not enjoying life, then time would pass by slower? Makes sense, no? Moving on, moving on. Watched The Interpreter (Oh my god, I only have 53 minutes left, before my battery dies!) after helping out with Rach Lum. It was a nice movie. Nicole Kidman is gorgeous! So gorgeous! But it's a slow-moving plot. You got to have patience to watch this show man. And I never knew Africans were so scary. Oh my. Saw this cute robot display outside the cinema. It's so cute la. Posted by Hello I did not take it home ok. It was heavy. And it doesn't match the colour of my curtains. Bah. This next show I really want to watch. The trailer already got me into fits of laughter. I think I'll just laugh through the entire movie when I watch it. Haven't seen the trailer? You're missing out on a whole lot of laughs, dude. Posted by Hello Yes, Mr Nimal and Mr Lim returned us the Market Development report yesterday. I got 68/100. Why not 2 marks more?! I could've gotten an "A"! Argh. Dammit. It could have jolly well been my first "A" from Loughborough. Gah! *Sulk.* Also received an email from Mediacorp Today notifying me that I won the SMS draw for the Mothers' promotion! Woohoo! The prize, a blue topaz pendant worth (gasp!) $118 from SK Jewellery. Lucky lucky! Posted by Hello Like real la. That puny thing costs $118? You must be kidding. This is a very important message. People driving big cars, for example, Nissan Cefiro, Mercedes (with the exception of A Class), Toyotas, do not, I repeat, DO NOT, park at Clifford Centre. The carpark sucks. To the max! The guy who designed the damn car park is obviously either of these: 1. A twit 2. A pro driver 3. A motorcyclist 4. A non-driver (just a building designer, cannot drive) 5. A psycho 6. A stunt man for Jackie Chan/Jet Li/ Vin Diesel, the likes 7. A twit. You do not put pillars behind parallel parking lots! Argh. I already got problem doing parallel parking, you somemore go and put pillars behind the lot. You think I stunt woman is it? Dumb twit. *Gasp* 28 minutes before the battery dies! I watched Star Wars! It was a dark movie. Dark plot. Good turning evil. Love turning into hate. Friends turning into enemies. All these plus lots of light-sabre action and a gigantic lizard. But no Jar Jar Binks this time! Boo. I like Jar Jar Binks. And Master Yoda. My favourite! I can't believe that short, green old creature is the most powerful of the Jedis. Woohoo. Size (and colour, for that matter) doesn't matter, does it? Talk like Master Yoda, I shall. In awe of Master Yoda, I am. Bah. Up shut, Sel. I'm off to mug. I'll be back! Updated at 12.37am: It's Karen's driving test tomorrow (or rather, later at 2pm)! Good luck sweetie! I'm sure you'll pass! Then I'll get free rides home! Woohoo! *Hugz*

Love this picture!Posted by Hello It's tomorrow! I'm graduating tomorrow! From P-plater to FULLY QUALIFIED DRIVER! No more ugly triangle! Muahahaha. And 24 points! Hahahaha! Wheee! Like finally! One year! Record-free! Accident-free! Scratches-numerous! Near-accidents, ONE! But let's not talk about that. The point is, I've graduated! Wahahahaha. No more probational! Hehehehehe! *Beams* Gah. I'm in pain. Helppppp. My heart is erm scaring me. Erm, make that the entire chest + ribs area. That day after sending Mr Tan home, while driving up to my house, left chest area suddenly hurt. Alot. I had such a scare I had to slow down driving. Luckily it was just a short sharp pain. But it was enough to scare me. And couldn't exactly breathe properly after that. Hahahaha. Guess I didn't dare to take deep breaths. Don't ever do that again! Bah. Exams are coming. Time to start mugging again. PSB is offering a HRM option. I wonder what that's about. I should probably take it. At least I'll be majoring in something. Wahahaha. I need to mug mug mug. Market Development and Purchasing & Operations Management, coming up! Then it's going to be a month of partying!!! June seems to be a favourite month for birthdays! Which reminds me that I should probably start thinking about mine too. Sigh. I'm turning 21. So old! Soon I'll be 25, then 30, then 35 then 40.. OH MY GOD!!! So SCARY!!! I don't want to grow old.. :( Can I stay 20 forever?

Wall of Postcards in Mr Tan's studio. I helped!!! Wahahaha. Posted by Hello
